Dear Customer:
Collin Sandager joined the team at Highlands, as project
manager, a year ago this month.
It’s been a busy year for Collin, his wife Heather
and their daughter Hannah. They moved from Preeceville, Saskatchewan
to Kelowna BC last November. They have adjusted well to life
in the Okanagan and are embracing the opportunities available
for their family. We are all very excited about the arrival
of their second child this month.
Collin’s background and his knowledge gained from completing
his B.Sc.Ag. from the University of Saskatchewan plus a lifetime
of farming have contributed to a successful first year consulting
with our farmers and ranchers throughout the interior of BC.
He has installed numerous large Hose Reels in the Enderby
and Armstrong area. He has also installed Pivot Systems in
Rock Creek and Ashcroft. Many of our customers have commented
on how appreciative they are for Collin’s thoroughness
in completing designs and quotes.
Throughout this winter, Collin will continue visiting customers,
assisting them with the decisions involved in developing an
irrigation plan for next spring. He will also be busy attending
supplier’s seminars, certification-training sessions
and pump school.
As many of you know, our Hose Reels come from France and
therefore need to be ordered as early as possible to ensure
availability of the exact model needed for your system. The
same applies to ordering Pivot Systems, Pumps and Pipe because
they usually involve substantial site development.
Last year we introduced an exciting new product: K-Line Irrigation
Systems. These systems are ideal for pasture irrigation. They
work well when adding to, improving or replacing existing
systems.
